How simple is young people’s happiness? What’s the favorite Chinese song of foreign friends? How do Chinese and international students break the ice and open their hearts when they gather in Guizhou?
冬日的黔西南，青山如黛，阳光澄澈。2026年1月，来自世界各地的外国友人与中国高校学生在“全球学子畅游黔西南”活动中，开启了一段关于成长与青春的对话。
In southwestern Guizhou during winter, the green mountains are like ink, and the sunlight is clear. In January 2026, international students from around the world and Chinese university students began a dialogue on growth and youth.
在万峰林深处的布依族小院里，制作糍粑成了中外学子独特的“破冰”方式。在当地村民的指导下，伴随着整齐的“一、二、三”的喊声，石臼里的糯米逐渐变得绵软柔韧。米香飘散，裹上黄豆粉和红糖的糍粑，在热诚的分享中成为连接中外学子的纽带。
In a small village courtyard deep in Wanfenglin, making rice cakes became a unique way of communication for Chinese and international students. Under the guidance of local villagers, the glutinous rice in the mortar became soft and elastic. The rice cakes, wrapped in soybean flour and brown sugar, became a bond connecting the students from different countries.
中外学子一同品尝贵州糍粑
夜幕低垂，贵州的山峦在天际勾勒出柔和轮廓。阿妹戚托小镇的篝火点燃了夜空的星光。中外学子围着跃动的火焰跳起彝族舞蹈，当《童话》的旋律轻轻响起，不同肤色的年轻人自然地跟着哼唱。歌声在夜色中流转，这一刻，语言的界限似乎变得不再重要。
As night fell, the mountains of Guizhou outlined soft contours against the horizon. The bonfire in Amey Qitou town lit up the stars in the sky. When the melody of “Fairy Tale” softly played, young people of different skin tones naturally hummed along. The song drifted through the night, as language seemed to turn into the purest expression of emotion.
外籍留学生们漫步阿妹戚托小镇
几天的共同生活，让这群年轻人从陌生变得熟悉。他们一同体验传统技艺，分享地道美食，在篝火旁载歌载舞。于贵州的锦绣山河间，不同文化背景的年轻人循着青春的歌声，找到了同频的节奏。
After a few days of living together, the young people went from strangers to familiar friends. They experienced traditional crafts, and sang and danced by the bonfire. Among the mountains and rivers of Guizhou, young people from different cultural backgrounds found a rhythm of resonance.
此去经年，这份在喀斯特灵山秀水中结下的情谊，正跨越地域与文化，在贵州这片美丽的土地上，悄然生长，绽放芳华。
The friendship formed amidst the winter mountains and rivers transcended regions and cultures, quietly growing on the beautiful land of Guizhou, blooming with unique charm.
